To take care of them, machine wash cold with like colors and line dry flat. We recommend using a Guppyfriend washing bag.

About Girlfriend Collective

"A bunch of old water bottles has never looked so good!"

Girlfriend Collective believes in ethical manufacturing and recycled materials. In addition, the brand believes that health and wellness come in many shapes and sizes, and that representation matters. The colorful designed tops and leggings are made to fit all body types.

The brand was founded in 2016 by a couple, Ellie and Quang Dinh. Transparency was their first goal when starting Girlfriend Collective and it is still one of the most important values for them. <

Old water bottles and fishing nets are the main raw materials for production. Recycled polyester comes from Taiwan which is nowadays the leader in recycling. Leggings are made from 25 recycled post-consumer water bottles. The Girlfriend Collective processing center is owned by a Taiwanese family and is certified by the Taiwanese government. Factories have an SA8000 certificate which guarantees that employees are paid a fair wage and treated with respect. Girlfriend is actively looking for ways to help the planet and its inhabitants.

Training & Yoga Unitard - Made from recycled plastic bottles

Great material, not spacious for large breasts

Great material. The top is just not as spacious for the breast as the other model

Love it

My unitard is amazing, it feels like I have nothing on when I do yoga. Midnight colour is beautiful, dark without being black. The only reason I had to drop out one star was because the waist seam was tearing a bit couple of first times when I put it on and I'm pretty slim anyway. Still, no permanent damage, it's been working just fine after that. I'm happy with my purchase and love doing my yoga in it.

Good product but sizing instructions misleading

The unitard is of good quality, but the seam between the top and bottom part is quite tight. I normally wear size M but following the sizing instructions I ordered S first. I could barely pull it on, even though otherwise it seemed a good size. The seam is tight in size M as well.

The back is quite low, so wearing it with a bra is not ideal. Otherwise a very nice unitard.

Bare belly no more

Finally it is possible to go to Yoga or dance class without constantly lifting your tights. Took my normal size L and it fits nicely, but the waistseam feels tight and makes funny sounds when wearing. If you have larger breasts it migh be a good idea to wear additional top underneath so they won’t fall out.

Kaunis, mutta ei riittävän joustava joogaharjoitukseen

Asua sovittaessa koko tuntui juuri sopivalta ja kangas mukavan napakalta. Harrastan ashtanga-joogaa ja siihen tarkoitukseen asun ostin. Materiaali on kuitenkin liian joustamatonta joogaan. Pelkäsin saumojen repeävän asanoita tehdessä, sillä jotain ratkeamisen ääntä saumoista kuului. En tiedä olisiko isompi kokokaan ollut yhtään parempi.
