Product returns and exchanges
We offer you a possibility to return or exchange your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Product return cost from Finland is 7.90€ per return and the amount will be deducted at the return processing.
- In other European Union countries, return cost is 14.90€ per return and the amount will be deducted at the return processing.
- In European Union the first product change of your order to a different size or colour of the same product is free.
- Outside European Union you are responsible for the shipping fee of the returns/exchanges, and we deduct 30 € from the customs declaration
We would kindly want to remind of the environmental impact caused by logistics thus we aim to avoid unnecessary deliveries. We are happy to help you to choose the suitable product for you.
- We will accept returned items complying with the following: gear must be returned in the condition you received it (new, unused, unwashed) and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
- If only part of the order is returned and the value of the remaining order is less than 199€ (free shipping limit), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the original shipment from the amount to be returned.
- Please note that if you return the entire order and have been using DHL Express fast delivery (30€) or Matkahuolto home delivery (14,90€) we reserve the right to deduct the additional cost of fast delivery from the amount to be returned.
- An unclaimed parcel is not the same as returned or canceled order. If the customer does not pick up the shipment, Weekendbee has the right to charge the customer a separate 10€ handling fee for processing the unclaimed returned shipment, which will be deducted from the amount credited to the customer.
- The 14-day return period starts from the date you receive the package and you must notify us within 14 days about the return. After notification, the package must be returned to the carrier within the next 14 days. For returns made outside the return period, we will charge a fee of 20€.
- For European Union orders, we provide a ready-made return label and the return must be made in accordance with our return instructions. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
- Keep the receipt of the return until you have received the refund.
After your item has returned to the warehouse, please allow us 2 weeks to handle your return. Once our warehouse has processed the return, we will refund the price of the return back to the same payment method you used for the original order.

How to exchange products:
- Fill in the exchange/return form on our website and return the exchanged product according to our return instructions.
- Please note that we do not do direct product exchanges and exchanges are always done as a new order. Our customer service will send you an email with the premade shopping cart of the products you have indicated on the exchange/return form within the next working day at the latest.
- The completed shopping cart takes into account any discounts in the original order.
- Note! If you want to make an exchange for a completely different product and your original order had a discount code, please contact our customer service to place a new order and make a return notification as a normal refund.
- After you have paid for your shopping cart, we will send you the new product without delay.
- The returned product(s) will be credited to your original order using the payment method you used once the return has arrived at our warehouse and been processed.
How to return products:
- Fill in the Return Form
- Add the shipping list that came with your order to the package or write your order number and name on a piece of paper inside the package. This is just to help our warehouse identify the returned order.
- Remove old shipping labels from returning package.
- Remember to request a receipt for your return and keep it until the return has been processed.
- If you have paid for your purchase with Klarna, you must notify Klarna of the return in the Klarna portal. In this case, your invoice will be put on hold and you will not have to pay the invoice. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse, the invoice will be updated in Klarna and you can pay the final invoice. - European Union returns: GLS return label (or sometimes DHL Freight) is included in your package and you can use it to make a return on your package. Once you have reported the return to us, follow the GLS or DHL return instructions, depending on which return label you received in your package. To return the order you will need to return the package to GLS or DHL package service point.
- Finland: Return the products with the original package to the Posti or Matkahuolto office. Write Posti return code 671224 or Matkahuolto return code 9551903 on the parcel, depending on which one you want to return the parcel with. Note: On the return receipt, the recipient of the return is Boomerang, our logistics partner. Go to the nearest return point and give the parcell to the post officer to get free return delivery. You can also use Posti Helposti-code for Posti deliveries. Get your Helposti-code from the Posti website here and follow the instructions. You will need a JJFI- tracking code for the Helposti-code, which you will find on your delivery confirmation or in your package.
If your delivery method was Itella Smartpost, you will have a return label in your package. With this return label you can make a return to the nearest Itella return point.
- The rest of the world: You'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items and 30 € customs declaration will be deducted from the returned amount (also when exchanging items). Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting. Ship the package to:

You are obligated to keep the receipt of the return until you have received the refund.
In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days.
