We offer you a possibility to return or exchange your order or part of it within 30 days of receiving the order.
Product exchanges/returns from European Union (EU) are FREE
Outside European Union you are responsible for the shipping fee of the returns/exchanges, and we deduct 20 € from the customs declaration
We would kindly want to remind of the environmental impact caused by logistics thus we aim to avoid unnecessary deliveries. We are happy to help you to choose the suitable product for you.
Extended return conditions for the Holiday season:
We offer an extended exchange and return policy for orders placed between 21 November and 8 December up to 8 January 2023. For all other orders, the normal 30-day exchange and return policy applies. Please note that the product must be in perfect condition and the product labels must be attached to the product.
We will accept returned items complying with the following: gear must be returned in the condition you received it (new, unused, unwashed) and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
If only part of the order is returned and the value of the remaining order is less than 149€ (free shipping limit), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the original shipment from the amount to be returned.
Please note that if you return the entire order and have been using DHL Express fast delivery (19,90€) we reserve the right to deduct the additional cost of fast delivery (15€) from the amount to be returned.
An unclaimed parcel is not the same as returned or canceled order. If the customer does not pick up the shipment, Weekendbee has the right to charge the customer a separate 8€ handling fee for processing the unclaimed returned shipment, which will be deducted from the amount credited to the customer.
Free returns to EU countries only apply to returns using the return methods we use and provide instructions for. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
Keep the receipt of the return until you have received the refund.
After your item has returned to the warehouse, please allow us 2 weeks to handle your return. Once our warehouse has processed the return, we will refund the price of the return back to the same payment method you used for the original order.
Take a receipt for the return for yourself. You are obligated to keep the receipt of the return until you have received the refund.
If you want to exchange the product for a completely different product (not a different size / color of the same product), make a return notice as a normal return and contact our customer service to place a new order if your original order had a discount code and you wish to use it on the exchange too.
Please note that we do not exchange products directly, you must always place a new order. Our customer service will send you an exchange order of the products you have indicated on exchange / return form within the next working day at the latest.
The exchange order takes into account any discounts in the original order as well as free postage
When you have finished the exchange order, we will send you the new product within our normal delivery time
If you return products outside of the European Union, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items and 20 € customs declaration will be deducted from the returned amount (also when exchanging items).
Include a note with your order number or include the packing slip with your returned items inside the original package. Handwritten is also fine! This is just to help our warehouse identify the returned order.
Remove old shipping labels from returning package.
Remember to request a receipt for your return and keep it until the return has been processed.
European Union returns: DHL Freight return label is included in your package. Once filling out the Return Form, follow the DHL return instructions. To return the order you will need to return the package to DHL package service point that accepts DHL Freight returns.
Finland: Return the products with the original package to the POSTI office. Please ensure that you remove old shipping labels and barcodes from the package. Go to the nearest post office and give the return delivery code 671598 to the post officer to get free return delivery or use a Helposti-code for return. Get your Helposti-code from the Posti website here and follow the instructions. You will need a JJFI- tracking code for the Helposti-code, which you will find on your delivery confirmation or in your package.
Baltics: If your delivery method was DPD, you will have a DHL return label in your package. DHL return partner is Itella. If you want to return your order contact Itella and make the return with DHL return label.
The rest of the world: You'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items and 20 € customs declaration will be deducted from the returned amount (also when exchanging items). Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting. Ship the package to:

You are obligated to keep the receipt of the return until you have received the refund.
In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days.
