Reclamations
If the product you have ordered is faulty, please contact us at info(at)weekendbee.com as soon as possible. Please take a picture of the faulty product and send it with your message.In case of reclamation, we try to use brand repair services wherever possible. Otherwise, we will replace broken products with a new product or refund your money. Return the broken product according to the return instructions and add in the package a handwritten note that says "Reclamation".
