Customs & Import Fees
Customers outside the EU are responsible for customs clearance and import duties in their home country.
Åland customers: Please email info@weekendbee.com after your purchase to deduct VAT from the order. VAT is paid to the delivery company.

Norwegian customers: Weekendbee participates in the VOEC program (ID 2045710 – WEEKENDBEE OY). Items ≤ 3000 NOK do not require additional VAT payments. More info: skatteetaten.no — VOEC
Shipping Policy
- Please read our return policy before ordering.
- Remote areas: +30 € delivery fee (confirmed at checkout).
- We do not ship large items (e.g. yoga mats, bolsters, some large bags) via UPS Express.
- Weekendbee is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure events. Delivery times are estimates only.
- The customer is responsible for correct address details. Errors or unclaimed shipments may incur costs.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. See our return policy.
- Address changes are not possible after checkout. If undelivered, the carrier will leave a notice.
- Unclaimed parcels are subject to a 10 € handling fee deducted from the refund.
- Non-EU customers handle import duties and taxes in their home country.
Shipment Tracking

Problem Situations
Keep your return receipt until your refund is processed. If your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 14 days.
