Refund policy

We offer you a possibility to return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order.

Product return delivery cost from Finland is FREE. In other European Union countries, the return delivery cost is 14.90€ per return and the amount will be deducted at the return processing. International customers outside the European Union will be responsible for the cost of returning any items and the 30 € customs declaration fee (restocking fee) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We would kindly want to remind of the environmental impact caused by logistics thus we aim to avoid unnecessary deliveries. We are happy to help you to choose the suitable product for you.

Return policy:

  • We will accept returned items complying with the following: gear must be returned in the condition you received it (new, unused, unwashed) and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
  • If only part of the order is returned and the value of the remaining order is less than 129€ (free shipping limit), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the original shipment from the amount to be returned.
  • Please note that if you return the entire order and have been using DHL Express or Fedex fast delivery we reserve the right to deduct the additional cost of fast delivery from the amount to be returned
  • An unclaimed parcel is not the same as a returned or canceled order. If the customer does not pick up the shipment, Weekendbee has the right to charge the customer a separate 10€ restocking fee for processing the unclaimed returned shipment, which will be deducted from the amount credited to the customer
  • The 14-day return period starts from the date you receive the package and you must notify us within 14 days about the return. After notification, the package must be returned to the carrier within the next 14 days. For returns made outside the return period, we will charge a fee of 20€
  • For European Union orders, we provide a ready-made return label and the return must be made in accordance with our return instructions. 
  • Keep the receipt of the return until you have received the refund. 

When returning an order:

- Fill in the Return Form which you can find in your Order Confirmation e-mail. If you haven´t received an e-mail, contact us at info(at)weekendbee.com

- Include a note with your order number or include the packing slip with your returned items inside the original package. Handwritten is also fine! This is just to help our warehouse identify the returned order.

-Remember to request a receipt for your return and keep it until the return has been processed.

-Finland: Return the products with the original package to the Matkahuolto office. Write Matkahuolto return code 9563134 on the parcel and go to the nearest return point and give the parcell to the post officer to get free return delivery. 

- European Union: Fill out the Return Form, and pack the returning goods carefully. Place the return label on the parcel. To return the order you will need to return the package to the GLS, UPS or DHL package service point. 

- International returns outside European Union: You'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items and the 30 € customs declaration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount (also on exchanges). Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting. Print and include the Return Form with your returned items inside the original package and ship the package to:

Problem situations:
In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days. If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the courier company immediately.
