*Please note that your shoes may be shipped in a shoe box displaying the US size.

Between sizes? For a more secure fit, try the smaller size. For more freedom for your toes, try the size up.

How to Measure

If you are unsure which shoe size to purchase, please follow the below steps:

• Shoe size:
  • Draw a straight line longer than your foot on a piece of paper.
  • Place the paper on a flat surface. Stand on the line with your heel and longest toe centered.
  • Place a mark on the line at the tip of the longest toe and at the back of the heel.
  • Repeat steps above for the other foot.
  • Measure the distance between the marks. Taking the larger of the two measurements, use the conversion chart to find your correct shoe size.
• Shoe width:
  • Measure from just below the ball of your foot to the outside, below the base of the little toe.
  • Repeat for both feet: the larger measurement represents your foot width. Round up or down to the closest size within 0.5mm.

14 day return policy

You have a possibility to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The 14-day return period starts from the date you receive the package and you must notify us within 14 days about the return. After notification, the package must be returned to the carrier within the next 14 days. 

• Product return cost from Finland is FREE
• In other European Union countries, returns cost 14.90€ per return and the amount will be deducted at the return processing, direct product exchanges are free.
• Outside European Union you are responsible for the shipping fee of the returns + 30€ additional cost of handling the return
