14 day return policy

You have a possibility to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The 14-day return period starts from the date you receive the package and you must notify us within 14 days about the return. After notification, the package must be returned to the carrier within the next 14 days. 

• Product return cost from Finland is 7.90€ per return and the amount will be deducted at the return processing, direct product exchanges are free.
• In other European Union countries, returns cost 14.90€ per return and the amount will be deducted at the return processing, direct product exchanges are free.
• Outside European Union you are responsible for the shipping fee of the returns + 30€ additional cost of handling the return

Environment

Lilja the Label products are made using either recycled, regenerated or organic materials, such as ECONYL® nylon and REPREVE®recycled plastic bottles.Both of these regenerated fabrics have Oeko-Tex-standard that requires that their fabrics have ruled out certain colorants, certain metals, formaldehyde and other harmful substances so they are safe to use. Also 100% of Lilja’s consumer packaging is fully renewable.

Social Conditions

Lilja the Label products are made in Bali, Indonesia and the same factory has been manufacturing Lilja products since 2018. For Lilja the Label, the main priority is to look after the well-being of everyone involved in their production chain. They believe that a company focused on soft values, well-being and respect for the environment can only succeed when its most important resources, its people, are also doing well. They ​​have chosen this factory and other manufacturing partners, such as fabric retailers, manufacturers of packaging materials etc. after extensive research of the factories, their working conditions, fair wages and holidays.

Climate

Lilja the label aims to be as environmentally conscious and open as possible. More than 50% of the energy used by Lilja the Label comes from renewable sources.
