The holiday season brings some changes to delivery times. We recommend placing the order early to ensure that the gifts arrive on time. When you place the order according to the schedules below, the order should arrive before 24 December.

• European Union (not remote) - GLS: Place your order at December 9th the latest.
• Finland - Matkahuolto: Place your order at December 15th the latest
• Gift Card - You can order a gift card at any time, as they will be delivered directly to your email inbox after you place your order.

14 day return policy

You have a possibility to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The 14-day return period starts from the date you receive the package and you must notify us within 14 days about the return. After notification, the package must be returned to the carrier within the next 14 days. 

• Product return cost from Finland is 7.90€ per return and the amount will be deducted at the return processing, direct product exchanges are free.
• In other European Union countries, returns cost 14.90€ per return and the amount will be deducted at the return processing, direct product exchanges are free.
• Outside European Union you are responsible for the shipping fee of the returns + 30€ additional cost of handling the return
