Hip - over the fullest part of your hips (over the butt) Inseam - from the top of the inside of the leg to the ankle.
Please note these are body measurements, not garment measurements! Please measure yourself without clothes on.
The most important measurement when choosing a leggings is the hip measurement: measure your hip circumference and choose the size closest to your hip measurement from the size chart. If the size chart shows that you are between two sizes, we recommend you choose the larger size.
These leggings may look very narrow and small when new, but feel free to try them on if you have chosen a size according to the size chart. They stretch like tights. They may feel a bit tight the first few times you try them on, as the fabric stretches slightly in use and the fit will adjust. If the tights feel tight (but not pinchy), you have definitely chosen the right size!
